‍Step 1: Concept and outline in Google Slides

In the first phase, we will clearly define the presentation's purpose and identify its target audience. This step involves developing a detailed outline that structures the presentation, pinpointing the key points and data to be featured in each section. Our goal is to create a roadmap that guides the content flow and ensures we address all necessary aspects comprehensively.

• Review slide deck concept and outline in Google Slides.

Step 2: Content writing

Next, we will write the initial draft of the presentation content. This involves writing clear and audience-relevant text while selecting and preparing supporting data, graphs, or statistics. The focus here is on developing compelling narratives or arguments for each slide, ensuring that the information is engaging and effectively communicated.

Step 3: Slide design

Moving on to the design phase, we will create the first five slides using Figma (don’t worry, we can export to your favorite presentation software). Consistent branding will be applied, including color palettes, type styles, and logos. To enhance message delivery and keep the audience engaged, we will incorporate visuals such as images and icons.

Slides are designed at a cadence of approximately 5 slides a week.
