Step 1: Planning and Strategy
Our journey begins by defining the campaign goals and identifying the target audience. With these objectives in mind, we craft compelling key messages and persuasive calls-to-action for each email. This foundational step ensures every communication is purposeful and directed.

Client shares email campaign context, if applicable (campaign name, audience segmentation, event trigger)
Schedule and timeline defined (preferably a week in advance at least)
Step 2: Write Content in Google Docs (optional)
In the second step, we focus on crafting the content. This involves creating engaging and informative text that resonates with the target audience. Each email is meticulously written to align with the overall campaign goals, ensuring the messaging effectively reaches and impacts the intended recipients.

Step 3: Design Email (optional)
In the third step, we bring the emails to life with compelling designs using Figma. Visual elements, including branding, images, and design elements, are incorporated to enhance readability and engagement.

For a campaign we’ve already designed, we can swap text and images at a discounted rate. Any change in layout would constitute a new design.
e.g. a campaign for a seasonal sale could be updated to communicate the sale is almost over using the same layout and just updating the verbiage.
