We began working with the AAA Storage investments team in November 2024 to help launch a new investment fund. The fund's focus is buying and developing land to build new storage facilities and office-industrial flex parks across the United States.
Our main challenge was creating compelling marketing materials quickly enough to attract investors, enabling timely property development and substantial investment returns.
The solution
We began by thoroughly refreshing their outdated messaging strategy and visual brand identity to create a clear, compelling, and professionally polished offer that would resonate strongly with their existing investors and potential new partners. Next, we undertook a complete digital transformation by building a new, modern website on Webflow to replace their outdated WordPress platform.
